Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs) are a large group of organic chemicals characterized by their relatively low volatility compared to compounds such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). This group includes various classes of pollutants, including Pesticides, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), Phthalates, Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, nitrosamines, and others.
