CoA FAQ
Where can I find the catalog number?
The catalog number can be found on your order confirmation, invoice, or on the product label.
Where can I find my lot number?
The lot number is assigned when we ship items to you and can be found on the product label.
I purchased a PAK. How do I obtain the CoA?
If requesting CoA for a PAK, you need to use the base Catalog # and Lot # from the product label.
For example, to request the CoA for M-8033-PAK, type "M-8033" in the Catalog Number field and the Lot # from an individual product from the PAK.
How do I obtain a CoA for a SET?
To get the CoA for a set, please search for your product in our site search bar on the top right. Then, navigate to the product page, where you can quickly enter the set lot numbers for each individual set component.
If you have all the set components and lot numbers, you can request multiple CoA using the "Request Multiple CoA" button above.
These lot numbers can be found on the physical product labels of each individual set component. If your order has been received and you don't have access to these lot numbers, please reach out to us at edocs@accustandard.com.
My lot was extended. How can I get the updated CoA?
Please include your extension number in the Lot # field. For example, if your product is Lot # = 123450 and has an extension number of 01, you should enter "123450-01" in the lot field.
Can I get a CoA in advance?
CoA are only available on our website for products that have already been ordered and shipped. If you have received your shipment but cannot find a digital copy of your CoA here, please contact edocs@accustandard.com.
