Shipment Tracking for Online Orders

We are pleased to introduce Shipment Tracking for online orders!

Now you can conveniently track orders that are placed on AccuStandard's website.

Introducing Shipment Tracking Updates

You can view your Order Status and Shipment Tracking information by going to My Orders and selecting "View Order" on a specific order.

Once an online order has shipped, the Shipment Tracking table will appear.

You can access tracking information provided from the shipment carrier.  You can also download a Packing List to view which items from your order have been shipped.

Order Status Key

"Submitted"
After an order is placed

"In Process"
When an order is being processed by Customer Service

"Partial Shipped"
If only part of an order has shipped

"Order Complete"
When all parts of an order have been shipped

"Canceled"
When an order has been canceled

Order Tracking FAQ

How can I track my order?

Order Status and Shipment(s) will be viewable on the order confirmation page.  Log in to your account, navigate to My Orders and select the "View Order" link next to the order you would like details for.

Why is my tracking number not available ("N/A")?

We update your tracking information based on what the carrier makes available to us. We will update your tracking number when we receive updated information.

How long does it take for an order status or shipment to update?

Order status and shipments are updated a few times each hour during AccuStandard's business day for items that have been ordered online and invoiced.

Can I see order status and shipments for previous orders?

Only shipments with a ship date of November 1, 2023 or later are available at this time.
