CRMs for Textiles and Leather - PFAS, and Methods for EN and ISO

We have added new CRMs for Textiles and Leather to help test for chemicals such as Azo dyes, Chlorobenzenes, Chlorotoluenes, PFAS and heavy metals, which are added to textiles and leather goods to enhance product durability and color properties.

PFAS in Food Reference Standards - AOAC Method 2023.003

Our new AOAC-PFAS-SET is designed for all 40 components outlined in AOAC SMPR 2023.003. This method tests for PFAS in matrices such as produce, coffee, and dairy. Our set includes all 30 target analytes in the method in addition to 10 more analytes listed in the method to consider.

California Cannabis Residual Pesticides

We have expanded our product line to include CP-CA-05 California Residual Pesticides Mix 5 to test for 13 new pesticides recently added to the State of California cannabis regulations.

Wellness Challenges

We are staying healthy this year. In April, we have completed a Walking Initiative, encouraging employees to take breaks to walk outside. For the month of May, we have begun practicing Yoga during the day.

May Barbecue Fundraiser

This May, we held a BBQ that raised $810 for Camp Rising Sun, a local, non-profit organization that allows children who have faced a diagnosis of cancer, as well as their siblings to participate in a week of traditional summer camp activities, and have the most fun possible. Campers can be in treatment, in remission, or anywhere in between.

End of Ramadan Breakfast

Every year, we celebrate the end of Ramadan by having breakfast together. Employees make and share delicious Kunafa, Baklava, Msemen and Moroccan green tea.

CRMs for EN 17892 PFAS in Drinking Water

Accurate quantification of PFAS is critical to reduce public exposure and to improve water quality. We've designed and prepared a new CRM including all 29 target compounds listed in EN 17892 for PFAS in Drinking Water samples in the EU region.

EPA Methods Update Rule

The EPA signed a new proposed Methods Update Rule, MUR 22, to update the list of approved methods for the analysis of PFAS, PCBs and more. The new MUR also proposed to codify ASTM D8421, a test method for the analysis of PFAS in Aqueous Matrices.
